The 2017 Hollywood Music in Media Awards will take place at one of Hollywood’s grandest venues. AVALON is one of Hollywood’s most historic landmarks. From The Beatles first West Coast performance in 1964 to ABC’s hit television variety show The Hollywood Palace to Sasha’s first West Coast DJ residency, the theater at Hollywood & Vine has been a show business epicenter since opening in 1927.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The Music Awards attracts lots of entertainment industry folks and their friends – It’s a great crowd of people who are there to celebrate and support their peers and like to have fun! Recommended dress is “Hollywood Hip” or whatever you feel will best suits your style and vibe, especially on a red carpet. This is not a stuffy intimidating formal event. It’s a party with a purpose! So get ready to enjoy yourself!
IT’S CARPET TIME!
The HMMA red carpet is one of the main event’s spotlight attractions. Only approved red carpet guests are allowed on the carpet. Nominees will receive specific instructions regarding arrival, check-in and red carpet protocol. Not all nominees will be interviewed, but all will be photographed. There are a lot of nominees and VIPs to accommodate, so we ask for everyone’s cooperation and patience. Please follow the instructions by our PR staff. There will be a photo wall (separate from the main red carpet) for those wanting to take selfies.
DIAMOND VIP BANQUET
Starting at 6:00 pm will be the VIP cocktail reception and premium 3 course Diamond Banquet for those who want to make the night a five star experience. There are a limited number of banquet tables and they will go quickly. Networks, studios, production companies, nominees and other entertainment elite will be at these tables, along with the HMMA’s prestigious Advisory Board members.
