EACH NOMINATION IS GRANTED ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET - NO ASSIGNED SEATING
ONLY ONE FREE General Admission Ticket (no assigned seating) for each nomination, even if there are multiple persons associated with the nomination. This courtesy is to ensure all category nominations are represented and have access to the red carpet. If by chance you are nominated twice in different categories, that means you'll have two comped GA tickets. To secure your ONE free General Admission ticket, please fill out THIS FORM. Additional tickets at all levels must be purchased.

FYI, only VIP main floor tickets (VIP Banquet and VIP Booths) include access to the Official AfterParty (10PM - Midnight) upstairs in Bardot. 

ADDITIONAL GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS:
Nominees have the option of purchasing unlimited General Admission tickets at 50% discount by using promo code: Nominee25 (case sensitive). General Admission tickets allow access to venue, main lobby, and upper balcony. GENERAL ADMISSION DOES NOT GIVE ACCESS TO MAIN FLOOR or access to AfterParty. Those must be purchased separately. NOMINEE DISCOUNT FOR VIP SEATING: 
Main floor VIP Banquet and VIP booths are premium tickets. In many cases, nominees are supported by studios, networks, streaming platforms, and other entities associated with a nomination. However, there are also independent composers, songwriters, filmmakers and performers that may not have the same level of resources. In addition to discounted GA tickets, nominees can also secure a VIP Banquet COUPLE ticket or VIP booth COUPLE ticket at 50% discount by entering coupon code: NOMVIP25 (case sensitive) in our ticketing platform. This offer is good for TWO (2) seats, per nomination.

DIAMOND BANQUET & MAIN FLOOR VIP BOOTHS:
Main floor Diamond Banquet and VIP booth seated guests receive complimentary access to Official AfterParty. Diamond Banquet table seats, the two VIP Wing Booths and Loge tables will be served dinner. See seating options in the HMMA MAIN EVENT TICKETS page. All other seats (including balcony booths) DO NOT include dinner. NOTE: All main floor seating is premium and cannot be discounted other than if the above-paragraph applies.

CHECK IN:
Before you can enter the venue, security will be checking all IDs. Once you are through security, you will meet our check-in team. They will have ALL names on-hand from our ticketing system, so please have your ticket info/QR code pulled up and ready to be scanned on your mobile device when you arrive. Wristbands must be worn at all times while in the venue.

RED CARPET:
The red carpet will run from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. To ensure all nominees get carpet time, please arrive at designated times below. Nominees must be ready to walk the carpet during the following time frames or you will miss your opportunity.

GROUP A (5:30 PM – 6:00 PM)

General admission & balcony booth ticket holders

GROUP B (6:00 – 6:30)
Main floor VIP Banquet seating and main floor VIP booth tickets

ONLY 2025 NOMINEES, APPROVED VIP & PRESENTERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE RED CARPET:
If you are a single nominee (one person), we will allow a +1 on the carpet with you. Please do not abuse this courtesy. Please arrive at designated time as noted above. If you do not, you may miss your chance for red carpet. There may be a line for the red carpet so we ask for patience, cooperation, and courtesy. Our PR team will check you in, whiteboard your name, and direct you to where you need to go. You may pose for a moment or two for still photos on the carpet. Please move along and don’t hold up carpet traffic. Be respectful of all the other nominees waiting in line.

ALL NOMINEES WILL NOT BE INTERVIEWED: 
There is simply not enough time. If you are chosen for a quick interview, you’ll be directed by our team at the end of the red carpet, to your designated interview station. If you are not directed by a team member for an interview, please do not stay in the lobby after red carpet. You may go to the bars in the main music hall and have yourself a drink until it's time to go to your seat.

CAMERAS & CELL PHONES:
Personal cameras and cellphones are allowed in the venue. Please DO NOT take selfies on the red carpet. There is a photo wall in the lobby area where you can take all the selfies you like! Only professional and approved media will have a reserved spot on the main red-carpet press line. All press must be approved. Press Credentials can be requested

WHAT TO WEAR:
Recommended dress is "Hollywood Hip" or whatever you feel best suits your style or vibe. This is NOT a stuffy, formal black tie event. Although, if you want to dress up with tux and top hat, go for it! And ladies, formal is acceptable. If you want to make a fashion statement, this would be the place to do it! We love seeing personalities shine! Just remember, be ready to have a good time!

PARKING & DIRECTIONS:

There are paid parking lots North and South of AVALON and one across the street next to Capitol Records. If you find a spot on the street at a parking meter, be sure to read the signs before heading into the club. For cheaper parking options, there are parking lots at 1800 Vine (entrance on Yucca) and 6223 Selma (on Selma between Argyle and El Centro). Bottom line: Plan and prepare your arrival and parking accordingly.

DECORUM & CONDUCT: 
During the awards show (8:00pm-10:00pm) we ask that you keep voice volume to a minimum, but scream and applaud when appropriate. The show is being streamed and recorded! If you wish to engage in loud conversation, there is plenty of room in the main lobby that cannot be heard by our production recording. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration. No outside alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted inside the Avalon. Anyone found with illegal substances or is determined to be disruptive will be at best asked to leave or escorted out of the venue by security.
